June 2026: I am currently at full capacity for weekly 1-1 sessions but have space for monthly programmes, one off consultations and in my group class.

People vary greatly in terms of the support they are seeking. For this reason I prefer to discuss your unique situation and goals first before we decide on the best way forward. Below is an indication on rates and packages.

 

  • £45 per hour/£25 per 30 mins. 
  • £60 for initial 90 min session to enable adequate time for consultation and exercise.
  • POPULAR: 4 week home programme. 60 or 90 min session to go through the exercise programme, followed by full witten programme with tips and instructions and a check-in half way through. From £75.
  • Group class option available in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire on Wednesday afternoons - please enquire for more details.
  • Rates are higher for client visits over 5 miles.
  • You will need to complete a medical questionnaire prior to us commencing exercise sessions.
